This is a real workhorse of a grinder, our favorite little grinder, it outlasts many of the larger grinders on the market. The small enclosure houses a surprisingly powerful DC motor. Even when using 1" diamond bits, it is virtually impossible to stall the motor. The Gryphette is the perfect grinder for the occasional glass artist, student or classroom.
