Technical Information

This ceramic form can be used to melt scrap glass together or form glass into shape for weaving.

Casting - When used open side up, kiln wash then fill with scrap glass to form rods (see technical information for guidance).

Slumping - When used open side down, kiln wash and lay strips or rods of glass on and slump to prepare for your next weave or fused glass design.

A two sided ceramic slumping and casting mold with a trapezoidal cross section. Order three or more to give you maximum flexibility when forming segments.

Approximately 13.75 inches long x 0.7 inch wide base (0.5 inch wide top) x 0.5 inches tall.
