Novacan Black Patina for Solder and Lead will change your lead and solder to a deep black color. Shake well before using, the sulfate will sometimes condense at the bottom of the bottle.

Tip: For best results, it's important to prepare zinc by cleaning thoroughly with flux remover and/or rubbing alcohol to remove any oil or other residues from the surface.
Clean well after the patina has set. For copper foil projects we recommend a glass polish such as Liva to clean and protect the patina.
