Can you cut glass for my cabinet door?
No, we don't do custom cutting. Contact Mercury Glass or someone who does installation for that help.

If you found it on our website, we do - unless it's an item we need to order for you (most commonly molds and stands).

Do you sell COE33/Boro/Borosilicate glass?
Not, any more.
Do you sell COE104/soft glass?
Not, any more.
How much does it cost to ship glass to me?
If in the US (not Alaska or Hawaii though), shipping costs $15. Some limitations exists based on item size, but if you buy $100 of glass and supplies that don't exceed these limitations, it will cost $15. If you buy $5000 of glass and supplies that don't exceed these limitations, it will cost $15.
What's the largest piece of glass you can ship?
For flat rate shipping, the sizes are limited to 12" x 12", 10" x 16", and 10" x 17". If selecting another shipping method, we can ship 16" x 21", 12" x 24". If you need full sheets, then it will have to go in a crate and on a truck and the shipping costs will be higher. Most people who ship by truck will buy a full case of glass at a time (the same glass or several different styles in the same crate).

Yes, but not everywhere when using our Flat Rate Shipping.

What is your workshop and class cancellation policy?
Any class that does not meet minimum enrollment one week prior to the start of the class may be canceled at the discretion of SW Art Glass and/or the class instructor. We will contact students enrolled in canceled classes to discuss refund options, or alternate class placement.

What is your workshop or class refund policy?
Students registered for any workshop or class that is canceled for any reason by SW Art Glass or the class instructor will receive a full refund.
Students who withdraw from a visiting artist workshop:
Students who withdraw from a local teacher/repeat workshop class:
There are no refunds or discounts for missed classes.
Students who withdraw from a visiting artist workshop:
- More than 30 days in advance, full refund
- Less than 30 days in advance, no refund unless there's a waitlist and someone elses takes their spot
- Student can send someone else to the class, in their place, without additional charge
- Partial refund if we can find someone to take their place at a discounted rate
Students who withdraw from a local teacher/repeat workshop class:
- More than 7 days in advance, full refund
- Less than 7 days in advance:
- 50% refund, or
- Full refund amount applied to future class
- Rescheduling is allowed for local teacher classes/workshops
There are no refunds or discounts for missed classes.
