Technical Information

The stark and bold streaks of deep brown blend with the gold to create one of our favorite streakies. The rich tones make it perfect for trees, branches and many other applications.

Texture is the personality of art glass, suggesting dimension, depth and contrast. In clear glass, texture is also useful for achieving varying degrees of privacy, while adding elegance and richness. Oceanside's wide assortment of Clear Textures range from quite transparent to very obscure.
Granite is one of the classic and most popular textures made by Oceanside. Great obscurity and the fact it is non-directional means less waste when you cut it.

Wispy and Streaky mixes are traditionally composed of one or more colors and opaque white glass. In the finished sheet, wisps of opal display as both surface variegation and internal shadowing, generating reflection and depth. The variance of translucency or opacity create totally different results with similar color mixes. The higher the opacity, the more obscure and more reflective the sheet. Additionally, the variation in each sheet allows for subtle shading in your work.
