Ring casting mold. Frit cast to make 5.5, 4.375, 3.25, 2, and 1 inch rings

Use Instructions: This ring mold should be coated with a boron nitride spray (either ZYP ot MO-RE, both available at SW Art Glass) before fusing. In our kilns, we use the following steps to achieve good rings (your kiln may vary, but this is a good starting point).

300 F/hr to 1460F hold for 20 minutes
9999 F/Hr to 970F hold for 30 minutes
100 F/Hr to 800F hold for 0 minutes (no hold needed)

Allow to cool naturally to 200F or less and remove rings from mold when you can handle them. Use towel (paper or cloth) to rub off any excess boron nitride that exists before fusing into your artwork.

This mold can be filled with approximately 2.5oz of medium frit
