Too much glass? Now what? Consider this stainless steel dam from Big Glass Molds and make a 12 inch x 12 inch x 1 inch thick (or thinner) glass item. Made in the USA, this dam need only get a boron nitride spray before use.

This dam is a fixed size large enough to include fiber paper below and inside and still make that 12 inch x 12 inch pattern bar or raked piece.
This stand is constructed with 1/8 inch thick, 1" tall stainless steel for a big generous piece of glass.
